Jenni is passionate about the power of connection to heal, Transform and restore. She believes deep, authentic relationships are the key to bringing wholeness to individuals, families, and communities. Through her Circle of Connection framework, she inspires audiences to embrace connection as the foundation for personal growth, leadership, and meaningful change.
In 2008, she founded Chosen, an organization dedicated to equipping parents and caregivers with practical tools to foster healing from relational trauma. While Chosen has impacted thousands of families across the country, Jenni’s message extends far beyond—guiding leaders, organizations, and families towards transformation.
A sought-after speaker at conferences and events, Jenni challenges the status quo and invites others into a new way of thinking—one where connection is the catalyst for healing, change, and lasting impact.
Jenni has a background in communications and counseling. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys mentoring, reading, and exploring the outdoors with her family. Jenni and her husband, Rob, live in South Texas with their four teenagers and have served as foster parents.
